The application Fleengo, developed by R-AMTECH INTERNATIONAL, strictly adheres to the child safety standards mandated by Google Play and applicable laws. We have a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

Prohibited Content and Conduct (CSAE & CSAM)
We do not tolerate any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Users are strictly prohibited from creating, uploading, sharing, or distributing content that exploits, sexualizes, or endangers minors.

Reporting and Enforcement
Fleengo employs active moderation and user reporting tools. Any content violating these standards will be removed immediately. Accounts found engaging in CSAE or CSAM activities will be permanently suspended and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies.

EU Digital Services Act (DSA) Dispute Resolution Options
‍Applicability: This policy section applies to users covered by the European Union Digital Services Regulation (DSA)regarding content and account restrictions.
‍Google's Decisions and Internal Appeal: If Fleengo takes restrictive action regarding your content or account (e.g., content removal, account suspension) due to a violation of our published standards or law, you have the option to appeal Google's decision through their internal appeal process, if available.
‍External Out-of-Court Dispute Settlement Bodies: If you disagree with a final decision made by Google regarding content visibility, monetization, account restrictions, or failure to act on a report you submitted, you may refer the matter to an independent out-of-court dispute settlement body certified by the relevant EU Member State.
‍Eligible Disputes: Matters eligible for referral include:
Restriction of content visibility or account access due to a determination of illegality or policy violation.
Google's failure to remove content reported as illegal or policy-violating.
‍Certified Bodies: The European Commission maintains and updates a list of certified out-of-court dispute settlement bodies. Users should consult the website of the relevant body for procedural rules.Note: R-AMTECH INTERNATIONAL and Fleengo are committed to cooperating with certified dispute settlement bodies as required by law. Users also retain the option to seek resolution of complaints through the courts.
